The world’s big oil companies have been releasing their corporate earnings for the third quarter of 2011. During this quarter many companies saw their production in Libya affected by the rebellion, but they also enjoyed increased prices compared to the previous year. Here are the Q3 profits of 10 of the world’s biggest oil companies.

Italy’s largest industrial company saw a 7% rise in profits for Q3, beating marketing expectations. The positive result was due to higher oil prices, which made up for disruptions in production.
